Himalayan crystal salt is the most beneficial, cleanest salt available on this planet, where the energy of the sun has dried up the original primal sea, millions of years ago. The Himalayan rock crystals have the most perfect geometric structure found and contain all 84 elements that are found in our bodies. Interestingly, our body is a sole, containing the same salty solution as that of the primal sea. The PH value of a bath is of special importance and should definitely be higher than the PH of the blood (7.37-7.43). Alkaline bath water contains all 84 elements that form our bodies.

Brine baths prevent fast drying of the skin, because salt water is deposited directly in the outer layer. A brine bath also stimulates the sebaceous glands to produce a protective lubrication coat for the skin and increases metabolism. The warm brine bath  expands blood vessels, the electric conductivity of the skin is increased and therefore aids in relaxation. A relaxed body is better able to excrete as well as absorb.

For moon rhythm baths, add 1 kg crystal salts in a bathtub with enough water to dissolve the crystals. After the salt crystals are dissolved, fill the tub with warm bath water (body temperature). Don't use any chemical substance in this special bath and bathe for 15 to 20 minutes. You can experience this saltwater bath to be exactly as floating in the original embryonic solution.

"Sole" solution

The word sole, is derived from the Latin word "sol", which means sun. Sole means fluid sunlight or fluid light energy. When water combines with salt the positive ions of the salt surround the negative ions of the water molecules and the ions become hydrolyzed. Water is no longer water and salt is no longer salt. The crystalline structure of the salt, which has formed from great pressure over millions of years makes the salt organic and absorbable for the body. The structure also contains nature's resonant frequency that is very profound with the vibration pattern lasting for over 24 hours in our bodies.

Every morning, take one teaspoon of sole mixed in a glass of spring water. Drink this on an empty stomach before taking breakfast. Within minutes, the whole stomach and intestines are being stimulated and this in turn encourages digestion and metabolism, therefore helping with skin problems by cleaning from the inside out. The overall availability of electrolytes is built up and thus the conductivity in the body is increased, which in turn stimulates circulation and the nervous system. Flushing your sinuses with Sole using a Neti-nose pot

Neti nasal cleansing has been practiced for hundreds if not thousands of years in many cultures around the world. Being widely known amongst the Yoga fraternity in India, cleaning the nasal passages with sole was thought to be an old wives tale in Scandinavia but was actually carried out by sailors when they wanted to prevent the onset of a cold. Alternative health practitioners worldwide are turning again to this age-old method and recommending regular nasal washing with a sole solution.

Directions for use

Dissolve 1 teaspoon of pure Sole in a neti-nose pot full of lukewarm water. This concentration is equal to the salt concentration in our body fluids therefore it does not irritate the nose as seawater does. This application can be repeated as often as needed but usually twice a day is sufficient to keep your sinuses clear.

Lean forward over a sink and insert the pot into the right nostril. Keep the mouth open slightly and tilt the head to the left and after a moment or two, the water should start to flow through the nasal passageway and out of the left nostril. It's a funny sensation at first which is similar to what happens at the swimming baths or swimming in the sea when water goes up the nose. After half the water has been used gently blow the nose and repeat the process for the right nostril. Blow the nose gently again when finished.

Next, close off one nostril and breath out through the other (not forcefully). Reverse this action switching the out breath between nostrils and breathing in through the mouth each time. Repeat several times. This is done to dry the nose and is an important part of cleansing.
